14-day right of withdrawal
If you order online from 247Hair as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day after you, or a person designated by you, received the product.
How to return a product
Let us know within this period that you wish to withdraw from your order. You can do so by email at [email protected] or by phone at +31 50 318 1660. Please include your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.
Then send the product back within 14 days to 247Hair, Herestraat 101, 9711 LG Groningen. Please return the product unused and in its original packaging.
Refund
We will refund the purchase amount, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that you sent it back.
